PROCESS OVERVIEW
1
If you are a client or attorney/paralegal, please reach out to share the details of the case. Dr. Acosta offers a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if she is the best fit for your needs. To schedule a consultation, please reach out either by calling the office directly (214-799-1912) or by sending an email (dracosta@acostawellness.com).
2
If we agree to proceed, we will set up a thorough evaluation tailored to address the referral question. The evaluation will explore your current life circumstances, history, and will involve tests to understand your emotions, thoughts, and functioning.
3
Dr. Acosta will then compile the final report using information gathered from various sources. This may include external records, consultations with other authorized professionals, and information derived from tests administered and the interview.
4
A copy of the final evaluation will be sent to you and your attorney if the necessary release of information has been signed.
